Our process

The processing of each material has a predetermined procedure, the individual steps of which are tightly connected to each other.

Dividing the material We divide machined materials up to ⌀ 300 mm for easier handling during the next machining process.

Turning We offer turning of materials from ⌀ 6 mm to ⌀ 250 mm and we use the most modern technologies in the form of machinery from DMG MORI among others.

Milling We provide milling of materials up to ⌀ 250 mm and use CNC three-axis vertical milling machines with one or more spindles. The layout of milling centres, rotary tables and multiple spindles, and automatic tool changer (24 positions) contribute to achieving production efficiency.

Grinding and lapping Grinding is used to achieve highly precise surfaces or to remove material from hard materials. Grinding uses grinding discs or grinding stones.

Drilling Drilling uses a rotary tool that creates a hole in the material. Drilling can be done by hand or with a machine such as a drill.

Deburring and finishing operations Deburring is the process of removing material from a workpiece using a rotating tool. In this way, the desired shapes, dimensions and surface quality are created.

Preservation, washing, degreasing A MAFAC PALMA industrial washer is used for degreasing and preservation as it offers ideal properties for process-safe cleaning of sensitive parts with complex shapes. During the wet phase, spray and immersion cleaning can be individually combined to achieve optimal cleaning results.

Engraving This technique is often used to identify products, mark parts, serial numbers, logos and other information.

Packaging Each production process ends with proper packaging of cleaned components ready for delivery to the customer.

Efficiency and accuracy

Thanks to our modern machine tooling capacities, we are flexible and can guarantee high-precision turning. Furthermore, we are able to provide complete machining of complex parts thanks to counter-spindle, Y-axis and driven tools.

Higher efficiency is guaranteed thanks to the semi-automatic machining process with a bar feeder, 24 tool positions with standard 8 driven positions, where up to 3 tools work at once. The CNC machines we use are characterised by high rigidity and precision, which is reflected in the high quality of the final product.

Quality assurance - ISO 9001

Continuous measurement during production, control plan for each workplace, coordinate measuring machine - The most perfect form of measuring parts with complex geometry with maximum accuracy for the most demanding needs of the aerospace, automotive or engineering industries. We only use quality material from European manufacturers for production. 20 years of experience in the field is most evident in the quality of the products.

Currently, our production program is focused on the production of parts for compressors and their regulation. These are mainly different parts of valves.
